Request account deletion
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Digital Dialer account and associated data, even if you no longer have the mobile app installed.
Required cleanup before deletion
- We contact the registered email to verify that you control the account.
- Release every rented phone number from the Phone Numbers section.
- Open Manage subscriptions in Billing and cancel every plan and add-on, including phone rentals, usage plans, messaging registrations, Mass Dialer + Mass Texting, and AI services.
- Wait for Digital Dialer to verify the Stripe cancellations and Twilio number releases.
- We delete or de-identify account-associated data, except records we must retain for billing, fraud prevention, telecommunications compliance, legal claims, or other lawful purposes.
Owner reminder: do not delete the user from the owner Google Sheet until every check below is complete. The platform also blocks the sheet deletion command while cleanup remains open.
